Corrective Exercises
A corrective exercise program is devised specifically for each individual patient.
These exercises may include:
- Stretching/ Range of Motion: to increase flexibility and joint range of motion
- Proprioceptive Exercises: improves body awareness
- Strengthening Exercises
- Weight Shifting Exercises
- Ambulation Exercises: reeducates correct gait
- Theraball-specifically helps with lumbar stretching, as well as placing exercise for front and back legs.
- Stair/ Incline Exercises
- Ground Work
