Therapeutic Hot Spa     

         The whirlpool effects of the Hot Spa promote muscle relaxation and healing by combining warmth and
         massage. The buoyancy of the water allows opening of joints spaces and increased range of motion.
         Stretching and range of motion exercises can be performed in the whirlpool for added benefit.

     Whirlpool therapy is effective for:

• Soft tissue injuries

• Arthritis

• Hip and elbow dysplasia

• Surgery recovery (neurologic or orthopedic)

• Injury recovery

         
          The hot spa is also beneficial for paralyzed dogs, as well as 
          post-surgery or injured dogs that do not want to bear weight on a
          limb. Dogs with neurological disease or paralysis can be
          worked with in the Hot Spa, to improve proprioception. The dog
          will spend 10-20 minutes in the water, which is approximately 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
